Micron Rated Liquid Filter Cloth And Filter Bags
Zonel Filtech was dedicated to micron-rated liquid filter bags and filter cloth for many years, the liquid filter material including nonwoven filter felt and woven filter mesh, both filter cloth rolls and ready-made filter bags are available, the micron sizes from 0.2~1800 can be customized.
The nonwoven micron-rated filter cloth from Zonel Filtech adopted 100% first-grade polyester or polypropylene fibers to needle punched into felt, after some finish treatment according to the standard workmanship so as to make the filter cloth meet the most critical liquid-solid separation needs.
Zonel Filtech provides both primary liquid filter bags and absolute-rated filter bags which are widely used for industrial applications in various plants, such as the fine chemical industry, electronic industry, automobile production plants, food and pharmaceutical industries, paper production plants, oil and gas refinery industries, metallurgy industries, etc.
Polyester micron-rated filter cloth
General introduction: Zonel Filtech adopted 100% grade A polyester fibers with various fiber sizes and blended, these optimized organized fibers well needle punched into felt and then finished with singing and calendering treatment according to the standard workmanship of the factory so as to make the polyester liquid filter felt to meet the most critical liquid-solid separation needs, the micron size from 0.5~200 can be customized.
Properties: the polyester liquid filter cloth can stand a temperature up to 130 degrees C, has low resistance and excellent particle load ability, is non-toxic with food grade, a long service life.
Applications: the polyester needle felt for liquid filtration be processed into micron-rated filter bags which are widely used in the fine chemical industry, electronic industry, automobile production plants, food and pharmaceutical industries (pure water filter bag, edible oil filter bag, syrup filter bag, etc), paper production plants, oil and gas refinery industries, metallurgy industries, etc.
Generally, the micron-rated polyester liquid filter felt will be sewn/welded (welded liquid filter bag)into filter bags with various standard sizes with different top rings and then equipped with the S.S. bag filter housing for various working conditions.

Polypropylene micron-rated filter cloth
General introduction: Zonel Filtech has adopted 100% grade A polypropylene fibers with various fiber sizes and blended, this optimized organized PP fibers will be needle punched into felt and then finished with singing and calendering treatment according to standard workmanship of the factory so as to meet the most critical liquid-solid separation needs, the micron size from 1~200 can be customized.
Properties: The PP nonwoven filter material is suitable for PH values from 1~14, has low resistance and excellent particle load ability, is non-toxic with food grade, long service life.
Applications: The PP nonwoven filter material will be processed into the PP liquid filter bag which is widely used in the fine chemical industry, electronic industry, automobile production plants, food and pharmaceutical industries (such as pure water filter cloth, edible oil filter bag, syrup filter bag, etc), paper production plants, oil and gas refinery industry, metallurgy industries, etc.
Generally, the micron-rated polypropylene filter cloth will be sewn/welded (welded liquid filter bag) into filter bags with the various standard sizes with different top rings and then be used combined with the S.S. bag filter housing for various working conditions.

1. micron-rated needle felt filter bags.
Micron-rated nonwoven needle-felt filter bags that the materials are made from synthetic fibers in polypropylene and polyester. The proper combination of fiber diameters, weights, and thickness results in an economical depth-type filter media. PP liquid filter bags & polyester liquid filter bags are supplied with a singed and glazed finish to reduce fiber migration and improve filtration efficiency.
Micron rating: 1 ~ 200 micron.
