{"id":9830,"date":"2021-12-22T11:59:12","date_gmt":"2021-12-22T03:59:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.zonelenviro.com\/probleme-lie-au-systeme-de-purge-dun-depoussiereur-conception-du-tuyau-de-soufflage\/"},"modified":"2026-04-15T16:58:50","modified_gmt":"2026-04-15T08:58:50","slug":"probleme-lie-au-systeme-de-purge-dun-depoussiereur-conception-du-tuyau-de-soufflage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.zonelenviro.com\/fr\/probleme-lie-au-systeme-de-purge-dun-depoussiereur\/","title":{"rendered":"Probl\u00e8me li\u00e9 au syst\u00e8me de purge d&#8217;un d\u00e9poussi\u00e9reur \u2013 Conception du tuyau de soufflage"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><b>Probl\u00e8me du syst\u00e8me de purge du d\u00e9poussi\u00e9reur \u2013 conception du tuyau de soufflage<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsque Zonel Filtech aide ses clients \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leurs d\u00e9poussi\u00e9reurs, certains d&#8217;entre eux se plaignent des syst\u00e8mes de purge de leurs installations.<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zonelenviro.com\/fr\/boitier-de-filtre-a-manches-a-jet-pulse-depoussiereur-a-manches\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bo\u00eetier de filtre \u00e0 sac<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00eame en utilisant le tuyau d&#8217;arriv\u00e9e d&#8217;air sur le tuyau de soufflage d&#8217;air, avec le venturi et une pression d&#8217;air comprim\u00e9 correcte, le syst\u00e8me ne fonctionne pas correctement ; ils ne parviennent donc pas \u00e0 trouver une solution pour am\u00e9liorer le processus de purge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apr\u00e8s avoir analys\u00e9 leur syst\u00e8me de purge, les ing\u00e9nieurs de Zonel ont constat\u00e9 que la principale cause du probl\u00e8me r\u00e9sidait dans la distance inad\u00e9quate entre le tuyau d&#8217;arriv\u00e9e d&#8217;air et la plaque tubulaire des sacs filtrants. Une distance trop importante pouvait entra\u00eener un souffle d&#8217;air vers la plaque tubulaire au lieu de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans les sacs filtrants\u00a0; \u00e0 l&#8217;inverse, une distance trop faible ne permettait pas \u00e0 l&#8217;air comprim\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00e9vacuer suffisamment d&#8217;air vers l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur, compromettant ainsi l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 de la purge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais comment d\u00e9finir cette distance (H1 dans le dessin suivant) ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C = Coefficient, comme d&#8217;habitude, choisissez 50 % \u00e0 65 %.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D = diam\u00e8tre de sortie de la vanne \u00e0 jet puls\u00e9, comme d&#8217;habitude, le m\u00eame que celui du tuyau de soufflage d&#8217;air.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n = le nombre de sacs filtrants par rang\u00e9e (purge avec la m\u00eame vanne \u00e0 jet d&#8217;impulsion)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comme d&#8217;habitude, nous choisissons C = 0,55.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le plus souvent, le diam\u00e8tre du tuyau d&#8217;arriv\u00e9e d&#8217;air est 2 \u00e0 3 fois le \u00d8p.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> D\u00e9finir la longueur du tuyau d&#8217;arriv\u00e9e d&#8217;air.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le tuyau d&#8217;admission d&#8217;air utilise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la formule suivante\u00a0:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L=Ck* Ouvert\/K<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ck = coefficient, comme d&#8217;habitude, choisir 0,2 \u00e0 0,25<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K = coefficient de turbulence du jet, cylindrique choisit 0,076.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">soit L= environ 0,2* \u00d8p\/0,076=2,65 \u00d8p<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Il est tr\u00e8s facile d&#8217;obtenir ce tg par degr\u00e9 = (1\/2 \u00d8b)\/H2<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tg par degr\u00e9 = 3,4 K = 0,272 (peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une constante)<\/span><span 400;\">R\u00e9pondre:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De toute \u00e9vidence, H1=H2-L<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br
