Product Overview

Our fiberglass filter bag is a purpose-built high-temperature filtration solution designed specifically for carbon black production tail gas purification. Manufactured from high-quality alkali-free fiberglass yarns through high-temperature heat setting, PTFE surface coating and precision processing, it is engineered to withstand the extreme operating conditions of carbon black plants, delivering stable, long-lasting performance for fine particle capture and exhaust emission compliance.

Key Performance Features

Superior high-temperature stability rated for continuous operation at 260°C, with instantaneous temperature resistance up to 300°C. It maintains consistent physical properties even under frequent flue gas temperature fluctuations in carbon black production lines, eliminating the risk of filter bag softening, deformation, or premature failure.

Ultra-fine Carbon Black Capture: The optimized fiberglass woven structure achieves a dynamic filtration efficiency of over 99.9% for submicron particles. It reliably intercepts ultra-fine carbon black dust below 1 μm, helping the exhaust emission concentration stay below 3 mg/m³, fully meeting strict international environmental protection standards.

Outstanding Chemical Corrosion Resistance: With advanced PTFE impregnation and surface-modification treatment, the filter bag shows excellent resistance to acidic and alkaline components in carbon black flue gas. It effectively prevents fiber erosion and performance degradation, extending the service life under harsh corrosive conditions.

Low Operating Resistance & Easy Dust Cleaning. The smooth, non-stick fiber surface ensures thorough dust release during pulse jet cleaning. This keeps the pressure drop of the dust collector at a low level for a long time, reduces compressed air consumption and fan power load, and significantly cuts daily operation costs.

High Dimensional Accuracy & Long Service Life. The high-strength fiberglass substrate has a near-zero thermal shrinkage rate at 280°C, ensuring a perfect sealing fit with the tube sheet. Under standard carbon black operating conditions, its service life can exceed 2 years, greatly reducing filter bag replacement frequency and production line downtime.
